Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 3 business days.
However, during the pre-launch period, all orders placed between August 1st, 2025 and September 15th, 2025 will be shipped after September 15th, 2025.
Package Tracking

We cannot be held responsible for lost packages, failed deliveries, or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information.
In accordance with applicable laws on customised goods, refunds cannot be granted in these cases.
