RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the personalised and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance UAE national and international laws, which excludes customised products from the right of return, except in the event of a defect or an order inaccurately fulfilled.
In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item, providing a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue. No returns or replacements will be accepted without prior written approval from our customer service team.
Customers are solely responsible for entering the personalised name in the correct language, script, and spelling at the time of placing the order. We do not provide translation or transliteration services, and the name will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the name is correctly written in the desired form. We do not accept liability for errors in spelling, language choice, or character input made during the ordering process.
As a courtesy, we offer a 12-hour grace period from the time the order summary is received by the customer, during which you may contact our customer service to request a correction. After this period, the order will proceed to production and no further modifications will be accepted.
